Let's Pack | The Summer Vacation Edit.

Updated: Sep 25, 2022

With the end of summer approaching, many of us are still searching for a final adventure to embark on before the mundanity of school and work eventually return. No matter where you plan to go in these final weeks of summer, I've put together several easy, comfortable, on-trend outfits that are perfect for the occasion.

Let’s pack.

The Getaway

When going to the beach, we often look for light, breathable attire to keep us cool, while donning bright and playful summer colors. Both these looks do just that. My first look is something suitable for a drive to the beach. It’s comfortable enough for a long car ride, and once you arrive, simply strip down to your suit and hit the water. Look 2, is a little more dressed up, and suits a dinner by the water or evening stroll on the shore.

Hit the Trails

For a road trip in the mountains, we might look for something that is simultaneously comfortable enough for long car rides, and durable for nature trails, hikes, and other outdoor adventures. Both looks tie in a rustic, outdoorsy aesthetic that is also suit cool, dry weather. Perfect for those of you planning on exploring the woods or spending your summer in a cozy cabin.

Lost in the City

Most cities in the summer often hold a heat like no other, dressing to survive the urban heat island is key. With all the places to be and sights to see, the city demands a lot of walking making comfortable walking shoes another essential. The two looks I created, are both on-trend and comfortable enough for your daytrip to the city in the summer.

Amusement Park

Amusement park goers this summer, like many other travelers, are seeking comfort and something cool enough for the heat. Aside from comfort, I added a whimsical element to the look, with a character graphic tee and Minnie ears.
